Hi, Mitch again, if there is still anyone reading this, please take a look at my blog as well. I post a WOD(workout of the day), at least 5 days out of the week. It is based off of kettlebells(I am CrossFit KB Level 1) certified. I am also running a Zone Challenge with a few other people, we are all first responders that let our physical fitness/health totally deteriorate. If you find anything that you like about the blog, let us know and we can try and incorporate that into this blog as well. I also have a lot of good articles from the CrossFit journak about nutrition(The Zone), if anyone is intersted. Some very wothwhile stuff. If I could reccomend two books about fitness right now they would be; Enter The Zone by Dr. Barry Sears, and The Purposeful Primitive by Marty Gallagher.

    I went AWOL but then I found myself again. Mitch, have looked at your blog but haven't taken the time to really look, so that is something I will do. Shannon, how are you?
    I have been playing at this even though I had such good intentions only a few weeks ago. But I'm back on track at least for this hour. One hour at a time. Am getting the garden in and looks like we will be getting two cows and maybe a new puppy. Our senior Lab (12.5) and senior Pomeranian (16) need to do some mothering before they go to doggy heaven. I'd like to join the walking group at least every once in awhile, bit of a drive to get there from the hills of Washougal and on a Saturday morning to boot, arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. It really does sound fun. Either way, I am back and really do enjoy the opportunity to talk and listen. More Later! Claire
